Terms of Service
By downloading or using the Nimbus app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Use of the App
Nimbus is a personal productivity and goal tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscriptions
Nimbus offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The following terms apply to Pro:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Google Play.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all goals, habits, and other content you create in the app. By using Nimbus, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
5. AI-Generated Content
The AI goal creation feature generates plans based on your input. This content is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before saving it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
- Use the app in a way that interferes with or disrupts our services or infrastructure.
- Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nimbus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app via Settings → Delete Account.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
